The Role

• Supervising & developing the skills of a medium size accounting team
• Managing a client portfolio & ensuring a high quality of service
• Working closely with managers & directors of the department for staffing requirements
• Providing a hands on mentorship to all direct reports
• Enhancing the firm's profile through qualitative business relationships
• Implementing new clients' work into the current operation
• Dealing with other management/accounting duties on an ad hoc basis

The Candidate

• Qualified Accountant (CA/ACCA)
• Advanced systems skills across a number of software packages
• Management/supervisory experience
