Established international media company seeks a Finance Manager to be a key member of the UK based finance team at their head office, based in London.
Reporting to the UK and Group Finance Manager you will be overseeing the leadership of four members of the processing team, reporting and financial accounting, and liaising with the management accounting team during month end. Having experience of managing small teams, you will be responsible for monitoring their performance, setting team goals and ensuring the team works efficiently and effectively.
As a ledger 'super-user', you will have previously worked across all aspects of the ledger accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations and will be able to provide guidance and solutions to any issues that may arise.
Strong knowledge of excel (vlookups and pivot tables) is essential with experience of Sage 200 desirable. The role would suit a qualified accountant or someone with bookkeeping / ledger process experience and experience of managing small teams. Salary for the role ranges between £40k and £55k depending on experience.
