Reconciliation Analyst - Ealing
£22,000 - £28,000 per annum plus Benefits
A company notorious for its recent growth, excellent working environment and staff retention, is looking to source a Reconciliation Analyst to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract basis. There will be plenty of opportunity for this role to go permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all daily reconciliations are completed including cash, credit card and change orders
- Review reconciliations with Manager each month and explain a plan of action for resolving all variances
- Liaise with Managers on various queries
- Ensure high standards of customer service are upheld
- Process company barclaycard claims each week
- Load gift cards and sending out customer service letters as required
- Make sure adherence to company policies and develop changes to office policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will have extensive reconciliation experience and intermediate computer literate. You will have the ability to work to targets and meet deadlines. You need to be a strong communicator, proactive, self motivated and a team player.
