We are delighted to be supporting one of the Midlands highest performing and award winning NHS Acute Foundation Trusts in the recruitment of this significant Senior Management position.
South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust provide hospital services to Southern Warwickshire from Hospitals in Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon and Shipston on Stour and are performing above national targets for 18 week RTT and 4 hours A&E, as well as operating in a Financial surplus.
The Associate Director of Finance will play a key role in the Trusts Management structure and will be primarily responsible for Financial Services, Financial Management, Planning and Reporting with a particular responsibility for Statutory Accounts, Charitable Funds, Annual Planning, Long Term Financial Modelling, Capital Planning and Financial Management including the Trust’s subsidiary company, SWFT Clinical Services Ltd.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will ensure that all Trust standards are maintained and monitored to improve the quality of care to all whom come into contact with services provided by South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust, thus strengthening the Trusts ethos of providing safe, effective and compassionate care to all its patients.
The Associate Director of Finance will effectively manage and lead multiple teams across Financial Services, Financial Management, Strategy/Planning and the finance staff of SWFT Clinical Services Ltd. Being an experienced and inspirational leader you will set and manage priorities and queries on a daily basis whilst ensuring staff meet both internal and external financial timetables, priorities, and deadlines, as well as being committed to theirs and your own continuing professional development.
