MERJE is recruiting a Senior Finance Manager for a large manufacturing and engineering business in Lancashire to lead the establishment of new contracting structures and processes within a key joint venture arrangement with an annual revenues of over £1bn.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and agree financial processes and contracting structures
- Ensuring contracts comply with financial, tax and legal regulations
- Producing sales and margin trading plans
- Lead the financial planning and reporting
- Providing support to the shared service centre
- Management of a small finance team including staff development and training
Our client is looking for an ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified accountant. You must demonstrate a solid technical accounting and systems skillset along with a high degree of commercial and communication skills.
