Financial Services Software Trainer

You will join an enthusiastic, dedicated and growing team whose passion for technology goes hand in hand with their desire to be part of a successful business and deliver the best possible service to clients.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering professional, high quality software training to our clients on a range of courses in client locations as well as online. You will provide insight and proactive, practical feedback to the development of the training proposition in line with our evolving business needs and those of our clients. You will actively seek feedback on the training you provide and strive to continually improve delivery and content, with support from the team around you. In addition, you’ll:
- Refer relevant queries to the desk-based Support Team
- Keep customers up to date at all times
- Assist project teams in defining software functionality
- Adhere to all Time4Advice Support standards, processes and procedures
- Document or maintain specific practices and standards, as required
Required Skills and Experience
- A good understanding of the financial services industry and related products
- Understanding of the training cycle, including TNA and design
- CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Experience of training software/CRM preferred
- Professional and approachable
- Ability to work independently and a willingness to learn
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM advantageous
- Experience of Sharepoint and Exchange Online (Office 365)
- High degree of initiative, accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Full clean driving licence
