Credit Analytics Manager

Macildowie Finance is delighted to be assisting a highly dynamic and innovative business based in Warwick with the recruitment of a Credit Analytics Manager.
My client has been awarded numerous times in recognition of their sustained growth and as such the successful candidate will be joining them at an exciting time in their development.
Working closely with Finance and alongside the Collections Team this role will be responsible for the following:
Development of high quality accurate MI/KPI's on a weekly basis surrounding the performance of the Credit Team.
Provide commentary and recommendations from the credit analysis, highlighting issues/areas of concern and suggesting improvement opportunities.
Continuous improvement and development of the credit reporting suite particularly highlighting opportunities for streamlining/automation/efficiency gains.
Day to day line management, coaching and development of a team of Junior Credit Analysts.
Partner closely with Senior Management across Credit, Finance and the wider business.
To be considered for this role you must have previous Credit Analysis experience within a large fast paced market sector.
You also must have Advanced Data Manipulation skills including Macros and VBA
You must also have previous line  management responsibility.
