MERJE are currently working on behalf of one of the UK's leading, independent accountancy practices as they look to recruit a qualified Auditor for their Internal Audit team in Manchester.
As an Auditor you will provide high quality internal audit services, in addition to training and consultancy to the firm's voluntary and public sector clients.
Your main duties & responsibilities:
- Working under the instructions of a Senior Auditor/Audit Manager
- Undertaking audits in operational and financial systems, producing high quality reports and liaising with clients
- A significant degree of independent working is required and you will need to demonstrate initiative in your work and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Communicate with client staff at all levels, including senior management and director levels.
