Corporate Finance Transaction Services Executive

Looking for your first move in to Corporate Finance Transaction Services? My client is a leading Mid Market advisory firm that has a proven track record in buy-side and sell-side transaction support and financial due diligence projects on behalf of strategic corporate and Private Equity clients. The Leeds office are now looking to recruit a commercially minded Executive who will get exposure to and hands-on involvement in a wide range of corporate finance transactions involving PE firms, VC investors and leading mid-market corporates across online retail, leisure / hospitality, TMT and service industry sectors amongst others as well as international cross boarder clients. Candidates will be newly / recently qualified ACA, CA, or ACCA from a top or mid tier advisory firm and have a burning desire to move in to Transaction Services from audit or build on some form of transaction experience gained through a secondment.
