It's pretty simple actually. It's because this is the biggest finance manager role in their UK business. (And their UK business is pretty big in its own right!) It's THE role that people aspire to be in so that they can drive their own personal progression through the business.

t's also highly visible, seeing you work closely with Neil (the Finance Director) to manage the finance function of 5. That team is also a great bunch. They are high performing. They know their jobs inside out and it means that you can let them get on with producing the monthly accounts, whilst you engage with the business functions to help manage their costs and look at ways to maximise revenue.

You'll be someone that throughout their career has embedded strong process and made sure that the accounts are produced accurately and on time, but more than that, you'll also love talking to the business. Building internal networks, starting the conversation.
