A Leading and successful Wholesaler in Warwickshire is recruiting an Accounts Manager to join their leadership team. Managing a team of to 3 FTE the role is pivotal in the delivery of the strategic development of cash flow and treasury forecasting and processes. Key duties:
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with significant experience in communicating effectively at all levels. This a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a highly profitable business with the opportunity to progress into a commercial business partnering or senior finance manager role in the next 18 months to 2 years.
- Production and presentation of the periodic Cashflow and Working Capital reporting for all levels of the business
- Involvement with and leading process improvement projects
- Partnering senior managers to drive change and challenge the business through the production of cash and working capital MI
- Produce and review complex bank reconciliations and ensure the availability of funds to make payments in all currencies used by the business.
