Finance Business Partner

Partnering with one or more business areas, being on their leadership team and taking the Finance lead on.

A Degree obtained in accountancy and finance would be beneficial
Play an active role in the monthly analysis and driving forecast accuracy
Analyse and understand monthly results and ensure business partners are regularly updated on performance and full year forecasts
Support completion of the annual budget, as well as forecast and re-estimate
Disseminate budgets into realistic customers targets
Drive simplification initiatives and best practices in coordination with rest of Finance team
Strong knowledge of the commercial finance landscape with proven experience working in a similar position.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, working with all levels within a cross-functional organisation
