Finance Transformation Manager

Our client, a multinational construction business, has recently undergone a period of growth along with two acquisitions are re-organising and restructure their Global Finance team to support continued growth. They are now looking for a Finance Transformation Manager to spearhead a project team drive a programme of change across the business to create value and support further growth.

As part of the Senior Management Team, the Finance Transformation Manager will report directly to the CFO and co-ordinate of 5 to implement a programme to transform the finance function on an international scale. The initial brief will be lead an existing project ongoing project to ensure the business is fit to be handed over to BAU post the completion of the merger.

Key deliverables will be:

• Establishing options and presenting recommendations to the Steering Committee chaired by the CEO;
• Delivering a large scale business case for transformation in the Finance Function that will have a long-term positive impact on the business;
• Being the lead on a business critical balance sheet reconciliation project to ensure the smooth transition of the integrated businesses.
• Having key input on delivering a BPO Programme, providing strong leader ship and decisive decision making

Given the highly sensitive nature of this work, an individual with demonstrable experience of working at a similarly senior level in an internationally developed listed business or large private firm will be most suited for the role. It is essential that the successful candidate possesses a track record of delivering tangible and financially quantifiable value-add in a commercial setting.

Only those individuals with experience of implementing change and driving programmes through to completion will be considered for this role. This role also requires that the individual be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) and available to commence a new assignment with at most a month notice.
