Frazer John Recruitment (Finance Division) are currently recruiting a French Speaking R2R Senior Accountant to join a Multi-national Services business based out of Paris on a 6 to 10 month interim basis. You will need to be a hands on accountant that can hep on the Transofrmation Programme that the business are currently rolling out.

Responsibilities:

Recording journal entries
Balance Sheet Reconciliation review
Variance analysis (trend analysis) of key numbers to ensure accuracy and understanding of the results
Hyperion reporting / finalizing supplementary schedules
Forecasting of key numbers based on financial knowledge and/or trend
Hyperion reporting / finalizing supplementary schedules
Completion of the Statutory Accounts
To undertake the Tax Stream FAS109 process
Completion of the Indirect Tax Filing
Ad hoc reporting and investigation in relation to the numbers
Leading their team of accountants to deliver in an effective and professional manner
Ad hoc activities as required by the Shared Services Management team

Required Competencies:

Qualified through ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional or academic qualification.
Ability to co-ordinate multiple services and needs from providers, customers and end-users with a track record of influencing people at all levels towards building consensus.
Ability to build strong relationships
Committed to developing and organising a multi talented team
Innovative and constantly looking for opportunities to improve
Statutory accounts preparation to a high standard
Excellent communication and team building skills with a strong understanding of inter-departmental relations.
Good IT skills - ERP, MS Office
Very good working knowledge BAAN IV/SAP/Other major ERP system
Proven time management skills, prioritisation and delivery against deadlines
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
