THE ROLE

-Reporting into the Treasury Manager the Head Office Accountant will undertake a wide variety of duties in order to maintain the accounts for the head office companies
-Preparation of monthly management accounts, forecasts and balance sheet accounts
-Develop the recording and reporting of multi-currency transactions
-Process supplier invoices and payments, process sales ledger invoices, cashbook
-Monthly consolidated VAT return for head office and two subsidiaries for submission to HMRC
-Production of monthly cost centre reports and annual budgets
-Preparation of statutory accounts packs and preparing analysis for corporation tax returns


THE CANDIDATE

-AAT qualified, you will be seeking an all round, challenging position to utilise your broad based accounting skills
-You will have excellent attention to detail and a high standard of systems literacy, particularly with Excel
-A natural team player, you communicate effectively at all levels and take ownership of your work
-Qualified by experience candidates will also be considered for this position
