Senior Finance Analyst

We are looking to recruit a Senior Finance Analyst to work within the finance function of a large corporate business in Essex. This role will support the Divisional FC and give the successful candidate significant group exposure with the ability play a major role in the development of comprehensive monthly and annual reporting as well as exposure to other Group entities and Joint Ventures.

This will be a forward looking role with a business partnering element as you work closely with the commercial and sales teams within the business.

The role
-Provide accurate monthly management packs with relevant analysis and commentary
-Annual statutory accounts and reporting with supporting analysis
-Management reporting to Group
-Annual budgets and quarterly forecast for review and submission to Group along with longer term forecasting (3 to 5 years)
-Monthly cash flow forecasts with drawdown / payment schedule reports
-Management of two direct reports

The candidate
-Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA
-Significant experience of Financial and Management Accounting
- Medium to long term forecasting experience
-Strong report writing skills and high level of competency on Excel will be essential
- Proactive attitude with the ability to challenge and be challenged
