My client, a long standing SME business, is currently looking to appoint a Finance Manager to assist with the continued growth of the business.
The role is based within a busy finance department which has recently benefited from the appointment of a forward thinking FD who is developing the department further and making the role far more rewarding.
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience as a Finance Manager, Management Accountant or Financial Accountant who has knowledge of the Manufacturing/ SME environment.
The successful candidate will have previous staff management experience in a similar business. In terms of experience, knowledge of invoice discounting and change management would be desirable.
