A leading International Technology Service Provider is actively recruiting talent to join their team. This newly created Finance Manager role has arisen within their core finance team. This is a rapidly growing, high growth business with the opportunity to progress quickly

The successful candidate will have accounting and system responsibilities  as well as a project element to drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. In addition to this, you will provide support to the business which impact upon finance processes.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage and develop a team of 6
  • Take a lead role in monitoring and assessing the process control environment ensuring that the risks of accounting error or fraud are mitigated.
  • Take responsibility for the timeliness and effectiveness of the balance sheet reconciliation processes in Shared Services ensuring that reconciling items are understood and resolved promptly
  • Work closely with the Shared Services Manager to define and report KPIs that measure both efficiency and the effectiveness of the control environment
  • Collaboratively support other Shared Services Managers with improvement initiatives providing insight and guidance from a systems/process perspective
  • Research, advise and provide recommendations on strategic solutions for continuous process improvements including scanning, reconciliations, electronic invoicing in/out etc

This high growth international client is looking for bright individuals. The successful Finance Manager must be a qualified Accountant or have had experience within a shared service centre. You will ideally have managed a team and been involved in system upgrades/ improving efficiencies.
