Senior Management Accountant

Key accountabilities will include liaising successfully with senior stakeholders in order to facilitate a robust and accurate information flow, producing the property management accounts pack and presenting any variance analysis, delivering investment appraisals across future property developments, supporting the wider finance team with forecasts and operational budgets, providing a tailored business partnering service to the Director of Property, managing outsourced property management contracts, negotiating leasing and service charges, contributing to wider finance projects and providing coaching to staff where necessary.

The successful candidate will be a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with demonstrable accounting experience from within the commercial property sector. Applicants must also possess extensive budgeting and business analysis experience. The role holder will be a key relationship builder within the organisation so the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders will be key.
