CFO

This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity to join a fast paced and highly successful business services entity, backed by an international private equity firm, as no.1 in finance. This challenging and unique role requires someone who is capable of spearheading the finance function whilst also coordinating wider commercial operations. You will have the opportunity to join a talented and motivated team while taking charge of the finance function and reporting on the key business functions.

The CFO's duties will include however are not limited to;

• Leading the finance team as the No.1 in finance as part of the board and coordinating the finance function and wider commercial operations including IT and HR
• Driving business growth through expansive acquisitions and organic growth
• Partnering with the CEO to define the business' strategy and risk analysis
• Influencing Board decisions and presenting reports and board packs on a regular basis
• Liaising with both internal and external key stakeholders to successfully achieve the company's goals and meet all key targets
• Monitoring and reporting key business metrics and measuring company performance through a variety of methods
• Implementing board feedback effectively while also communicating and reporting back to the Private Equity House
• Maintaining the highest standards and improving the overall quality of the work performed.

A successful candidate will be able to highlight the following in their application;

• Qualified Accountant (Preferably Chartered)
• Experienced CFO/FD who has a background in a portfolio business for a PE House
• Ideally you will have experience taking a business through a sales process successfully to capital realization
• Prior experience working within business services
• Practical and demonstrable knowledge of successfully implementing financial change
