Corporate Finance Executive

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a Corporate Finance firm based in Liverpool city centre as a Corporate Finance Executive. They are a commercial firm who focus on ambitious businesses and are looking to hire a highly motivated candidate who has excellent communication skills so that they can deliver the high level customer service that the firm offers.

Experience within Corporate Finance isn’t required, however, if you are already working in Corporate Finance or are a high calibre ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified accountant then this would be the perfect move offering an attractive benefit package and salary!

The Corporate Finance Executive will be responsible for:

• Working closely with and reporting into the Senior Corporate Finance Executive
• Working on all transactions (MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals and strategic reviews in the mid-range sector)
• Liaising with clients
• Writing reports and creating models
• Preparation of a number of Due Diligence assignments for the firm

Essential Requirements are:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified (Ideally 1^st time passes)
• At least a 2:1 degree
• Excellent communication and commercial skills
• Able to act on your own initiative in a stand-alone capacity
• Solid analytical skills, and a strong desire to develop a more commercial skill set
