Interim Financial Accountant

Our client, an engineering global leader in its field, seeks to recruit a high calibre Financial Accountant for a period of 6 months initially, with the potential if you'd wish to be considered, of a permanent role thereafter.

Reporting to a European Accounting Centre of Excellence Senior Finance Manager, you will manage and complete the transformation of a variety of tasks to the Global Operations team and own, plan and execute key strategic projects including the implementation of a new Enterprise Standard Chart of Accounts, transferring GL balances and simplifying and standardising processes. Clear? 

You'll also get the opportunity to analyse and understand balance sheets to drive operating performance in the business and to play a critical part of the growth of the CoE as it transforms additional sites in Europe. All good stuff. And potentially the opportunity to visit the beautiful city of Budapest as well.

So ideally we're looking for some relevant experience to be able to contribute reasonably quickly. Technically strong, with a positive can-do attitude is critical.

Great business. Early-mid October the ideal start. Existing security clearance beneficial but not pre-requisite. Daily rate or PAYE available.
