An opportunity has arisen for a Part Qualified Accountant to join a fantastic market leading organisation in the East Midlands. The right person will be a forward thinking individual with a desire to improve processes and drive efficiencies to benefit finance and the wider business. With over 2 years experience in finance, you will be ideally placed to join the team and help tighten reporting processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a first step into industry from accounts practice. Duties / responsibilites of the role include, but are not limited to:- Assistance with the production of monthly management accounts, providing your input into commentary in exceptional / poor performance- Be the focul point in the statutory reporting process, ensuring all accounts are produced on a true and fair basis- Produce and input accrual, prepayment and adjustment journals- Liaise with stakeholders within the business to ensure figures and information is correct and representative of the organisation's performance The role welcomes Graduates with a 2:1 degree or above, or AAT qualified candidates, who are Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA with 2 years experience in a finance function, preferably engaging in a lot in statutory reporting / financial accounting.
