Investigo are delighted to be supporting a large Milton Keynes based Client with their recruitment of a Commercial Accountant, on a permanent basis.
It is an exciting time to be joining this recently acquired organisation, as they undergo significant transformation, as a result of heavy financial investment. The Commercial Accountant will be responsible for providing financial analysis, analytical support and commercial financial advice to the Logistics Leadership Team. They will work very as a business partner to ensure relevant transfer of value adding information between Finance and Operational teams. The Commercial Accountant will be expected to take an active role in the planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, as well as producing accurate daily, weekly and monthly financial results for operations.
The successful Candidate will be a Professionally Qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) individual with 2-5 years PQE, and extensive experience in a commercial finance role. They will be comfortable liaising with both finance and non-finance individuals, and they will have the ability to business partner across operational teams. Previous experience within a logistics focused finance role, where they have worked with 3PL's would be advantageous, though is not essential. Advanced systems skills including Excel are a pre-requisite for the role, and any experience of Oracle and TM1 would be desirable.
Our Client is offering a salary of £55,000 - £60,000 + Benefits.
