Based in central London my client is a fast expanding private investment house with a specialist focus on the middle east.
The firm has grown organically since its inception eight years ago and now has a number of companies which it can bring to the market via an IPO.
As well as the portfolio companies , it is likely the parent company will also IPO in around 24-36 months’ time.
They seek a hands on Finance Director, who will supervise and ensure the portfolio company accounts are prepared on time and to robust group standards.
The Fd will take a wide ranging role, including arranging finance, dealing with professional advisors and at some point bringing the various companies to market and enjoying a share of the assets.
