Assistant Management Accountant

Elevation Accountancy & Finance currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and astute Part Qualified Assistant Accountant to join a fast paced and market leading business in Sheffield. The business operates on a national scale and is extremely well established.

Reporting straight to the Financial Controller you will be required to produce detailed sales and performance analysis as well supporting the Management Accounting team in terms of balance sheet reconciliation's and variance analysis.

* To assist in the production of sales and performance analysis reports
* Spread sheet interrogation and manipulation
* Balance Sheet Reconciliation's and any related variance Analysis
* Other ad-hoc work such as accruals, prepayments and journal entries

To be successful for this role the candidate must have the following skills:-

- 2-3 years experience in Management Accounts
- CIMA or ACCA part qualified
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Strong experience in working with Excel
- Knowledge of working with accounting packages
