Our client is a high growth business which requires a Head of Finance to support its continued growth. Reporting to the CEO key responsibilities will include –
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and preparation of statutory accounts
- Primary point of contact for the company’s auditors
- Tight cost control
- Work with the CEO and the management team on a range of commercial and strategic initiatives
- Close, effective control of cash with regular cash flow analysis
- Oversight of payroll and tax issues
- Constant review and improvement of financial controls, systems and processes to support and enhance the development of the business as a whole
You will be a Qualified Accountant with a track record improving financial processes and the ability to act as an interface for finance with other parts of the business. You must have strong people management skills. It would be beneficial to have experience of working in a high growth business.
