Investigo are recruiting for a SME company based in Bedford who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to start ASAP in their Accounts Team on a Temporary Full Time basis- you will need to have SAGE experience.
The key responsibilities for this role involve all aspects of the Purchase Ledger for the company:
- Logging of all purchase ledger invoices accurately and on a timely basis
- Processing supplier payment runs as authorised by the Financial Controller
- Reconciliations
The successful candidate must have the following skills and experience:
- Sage 50 Accounts
- Good spreadsheet skills
- Speaking on the telephone
- High volume data input
- An organised person with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Multi-task oriented
- Have a can do attitude, be adaptable to change, a willingness to learn and have the ability to work to specific target and deadline.
