Our client is a rapidly expanding and dynamic international organisation. They are an employer of choice and offer an excellent working environment. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Billings Administrator to join their team. Responsibilities will include:
- Process all Sales Invoices for designated countries
- Manage Accounts Receivable Balances
- Assist with project reconciliations
- Monitor sub-ledger accounts for accuracy and reconciliation
- Maintain Debtor Accounts in the Sub Ledger
- Liaise with Project Managers in ensuring all projects are billed in an accurate and timely manner
- Validate monthly billing routines
