Our client is a rapidly expanding and dynamic international organisation. They are an employer of choice and offer an excellent working environment. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Billings Administrator to join their team. Responsibilities will include:
  • Process all Sales  Invoices  for designated countries
  • Manage Accounts Receivable Balances
  • Assist with project reconciliations
  • Monitor sub-ledger accounts for accuracy and reconciliation
  • Maintain Debtor  Accounts in the Sub Ledger
  • Liaise with Project Managers in ensuring all projects are billed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Validate monthly billing routines
Suitable candidates will have existing or prior experience working within a billings or sales invoicing/receivables environment within an EMEA/International organisation. Whilst not essential, knowledge of a German, French or Dutch is an advantage. You should have a sound technical understanding of general accounting functions and processes. Strong Excel skills are essential as is experience working with a mid-size ERP system. You must be an accomplished communicator with a strong team ethic demonstrating good analytical skills and attention to detail.
