Finance Director required for growing £20m turnover business, managing a team of 8 you will need to be hands on, into the granular detail on cash, KPIs alongside working with the CEO and Board to strategically grow the business. Any experience of sales/ recruitment consultancy style environments would be helpful, however what is paramount is that you have been a Financial Controller or Finance Director in small businesses. The company is looking for someone who wants to help them continue their growth journey so any experience in working under VC or PE ownership and taking a SME company through such events would also be useful in this role. This position will suit either an experienced hands on SME Finance Director or indeed a Financial Controller now ready to take the step up to the number one role.
