Page Personnel are recruiting an Assistant Accountant on a 10 mth FTC basis to cover maternity, based in Leeds, for a fast paced, friendly retail organisation.
Client Details
An expanding retail organisation, with a family feel, with key finance offices based in Leeds.
Description
As an Assistant Accountant, you will be reporting in to the Finance Director, responsible for producing the monthly management accounts pack.
Duties will include, however are not limited to, journal postings such as accruals and prepayments, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, customer and profitability reporting and analysis, internal and external KPI reporting.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be a strong assistant management accountant
- Have strong Excel skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be looking for a fast paced, busy team and environment
Job Offer
£25,000 - £28,000 (plus retention bonus) + free on site parking + excellent benefits package + 10 mth FTC initially with the opportunity to look at this longer term
