Blusource Finance are currently recruiting for a qualified Management Accountant for a large Leicestershire based organisation that is easily commutable from Leicester, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Nottinghamshire and the surrounding areas.
Reporting into the Finance Director, and working alongside a small finance team, you will be responsible for analysing and identifying key trends, as well as preparing regular reports to summarise business performance.
You will play a key role to enable the continued growth and expansion of the organisation.
Ideally you will be ACCA, CIMA OR ACA qualified, with experience of working within a similar position in a large organisation. A good working knowledge of KPI reporting and variance analysis is essential for this position.
You should also be IT literate and in particular have advanced Excel skills.
