Business Data Analyst - Central London - £300-£330 a day

A well known transport organisation based in Central London is looking for a Business Data Analyst.

Your new role
The role is key to ensuring that all Property Management data is kept up-to-date, including property data. Working on mini cleanse activities where appropriate and sanctioned by the Principal Property Surveyor
This role will be responsible for compiling and production of value added financial/commercial analysis and It is revenue generating instead

What you'll need to succeed
- 3 A-levels are essential
- Excellent knowledge of relevant technology systems such as SAP RE (or an equivalent system)
- Knowledge of industry standards in data management within a Property context
- Knowledge of approaches and methodologies required to maintain appropriate data standards
- Specific high level experience of Excel.
- Knowledge of operational finance processes within a property financial environment for example lease renewals, rent reviews, turnover rents.

What you'll get in return
This role will be for 3-6 months paying up to £330 a day.
