Senior Finance Manager

Our client is a high profile, unique, one of a kind organisation in the UK, with significant presence in their industry. Their £900m turnover with impressive year on year growth over the last few years, presents a very exciting interim opportunity (6 months) for a dynamic Senior Finance Manager within their Creative/Digital part of the business. This role can become permanent.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Key member of the leadership team responsible for providing financial insights, business decision support and governance
• Ownership of the financial planning process
• Accurate, timely and insightful communication of financial plans, forecasts and variances to stakeholders
• Key member of live game management team responsible for in-game pricing models and economies, content releases and marketing
• Responsible for all local UK statutory reporting, audits and tax compliance deliverables
• Ensuring corporate policy compliance with minimal business disruption
• Managing relationships and expectations between key groups (e.g, marketing, finance, and legal).
• Process improvement and implementation.

Key experience/Education:

• Minimum of 7 years of financial planning
• Games (console or mobile) industry experience strongly preferred
• B.A. or B.S degree required
• C.P.A, ACA, ACCA, CIMA and/or MBA strongly preferred
