Your new company 
Store Property is a well-established property investment company based in Chichester. The company has a substantial turnover and a portfolio of varied high quality commercial assets in London and throughout the South East. There is now a newly created job opportunity for a Financial Controller to work at the Chichester office. 

Your new role 
As Financial Controller you will directly report into the Finance Director. You will run the day to day functions of the finance department and your duties will include; responsibility for ensuring rents are invoiced and collected, full ledger reconciliation, VAT, CIS, service charge reconciliations of actual & recovery of balances, monitoring of budgets & forecasts and completion of year-end consolidated accounts and corporate tax computations. This is a varied, hands-on role working alongside a highly skilled team. 

What you'll need to succeed 
You will be a fully Qualified Accountant, technically attuned and having worked in similar role ideally with experience in managing a small team. You have a keen eye for detail with sound knowledge in financial control, keeping all accounts balanced and to a high standard. What you'll get in return 
You will receive a salary of between £40,000 to £50,000 + competitive benefits; non-contributory pension, and 25 days annual leave. The company offices are modern and spacious with facilities including a shower and are a close walk away from the Chichester city centre. There is free parking either on site or at the closest car park which is a 2 minute walk from the office.
