Senior Finance Analyst

Qualified - SENIOR FINANCE ANALYST 

We now have a fantastic opportunity that will allow you to be a key member of the Financial Accounting and Reporting team, part of Financial Operations. We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals wanting to develop a career and add value within our organisation. You will support finance managers and the wider team in delivering the month end P&L and all subsequent financial reports, analysis and KPI's.

Overview 

As part of our finance transformation we now have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and collaborative Finance Analyst looking to develop their career in a fast paced and dynamic business. 

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will join our Finance Operations team and be responsible for delivering month end, P&L and associated financial reports, analysis and KPIs.

Specifically, you will:

• Provide meaningful analysis for all P&L items, take full ownership for the products and tasks assigned
• Take ownership resolving issues and communicating this with the broader team
• Proactively seek the opportunity to drive process improvements
• Be a mentor for FA level colleagues, conduct 121 and appraisals

Ideally you will:

• Have a relevant degree and/or be qualified either CIMA or ACCA qualifications 
• Have strong Excel skills (including v-look up and pivot tables)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders to achieve joint outcomes
• Feel comfortable in challenging stakeholders as required to ensure best outcomes are achieved
• Have a "can do " attitude and be willing to work adhoc projects and tasks as required
