Finance Director

MERJE is exclusively representing a large (£1bn+) and successful established organisation who are seeking to recruit a Finance Director to lead a divisional finance team and be a key member of the divisional board.

The Finance Director will take financial responsibility for a successful operating division, reporting directly to the operating Managing Director, and be responsible for:

• Producing full financial results and forecasts
• Incisive financial analysis to support and impact divisional business decisions
• Strong cost control and overheads management
• Managing and developing the finance team
• Ensuring that new and proposed construction projects have been comprehensively reviewed
• Budgeting, forecasting and three year plan updates
• Financial statements, statutory reporting and audit packs 
• Liaising effectively across a multi-disciplinary management team

Our client is looking for an ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified individual who is capable of operating as a Finance Director, ideally with experience of working within a significant corporate environment.  Consideraiton will be afforded to both experienced Finance Directors as well as ambitious and dynamicn individuals seeking their first Finance Director position.
