The Business and Investor Advisory (BIA) division of the firm, the team in which this Transaction Advisory Associate Director role sits, is the most profitable division in the business which continues to grow with teams in London, Birmingham and Manchester.
Recognised to be the leaders in the work that they do the BIA are commissioned to provide financial, commercial and technical due diligence advice to a range of clients on M&A, PPP and infrastructure transactions globally, for some of the most well-known private equity funds, sponsors, developers and governments.
Following the strong growth of their deals pipeline in the telecommunications sector, the business have an exciting opportunity for an impressive qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA or CIMA, with strong financial, commercial/economic or technical experience in the telecommunications (fibre, towers, datacentres and smart metres) sector to join the team, from either a corporate or advisory background.
The role will report into a Transaction Director in the Solihull office and will involve leading the work in the Telecommunications sector. The company operate on a very flat structure with a high degree of flexibility/entrepreneurship and are looking for individuals interested in delivering high-quality due diligence advice, whilst also taking a leading role in business development, helping the business to grow their presence in the sector.
There will be some need for short overseas travel (mainly Europe) but generally on the whole there is a very good work life balance in a friendly and successful team. This Transaction Advisory Associate Director role is an excellent opportunity to join a world leading team in a highly commercial and responsible role advising on projects that shape the world as we know it.
