Accountancy Practice Senior

Due to succession planning, an ambitious Qualified Senior is required to join an expanding top 50 Accountancy Practice in the Lancaster area. This is a newly created opportunity with the view to progress to management in the short/medium term.

You will act as a key contact for their varied and prestigious client base. The scope of the role will include:

* Key contact for a varied and prestigious client base
* Maintain a good balance but flexible of audit/accounts preparation
* Gaining exposure to management accounts as part of a newly formed function
* Mentor junior members of the team

You will need to be ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a professional practice and a logical career path to date. Previous experience of coaching less experienced staff is highly desirable.
