Head of Business Reporting

In partnership with one of the UK's largest construction, development and property services companies, we are seeking an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified finance professional to join them as their next Head of Business Reporting with defined succession planning to head up the department within a 12 month period.

The remit of the role will include but not be limited to;
* Board reports for monthly board meetings
* Review of management accounts
* Cash flow forecasting
* Regular meetings with other business areas in order to plan future strategies
* Annual budget process management
* Oversee monthly overhead reports
* Business partnering
* Liaising with company directors across the business
* Consolidation of monthly wip
* Day to day management of 14 direct reports

Essential attributes include;
* Qualified accountant with at least 5 years PQE
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Team leading experience/man management
* Ability to thrive in a high pressure environment
* Excellent interpersonal skills / ability to liaise and advise stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to influence at all levels
* An enthusiastic personality with a desire to continually improve processes and identify areas of improvement
* Advances sytem skills

In exchange for your hard wortk and dedication you will receive;
* £75,000 - £90,000 + 10k car allowance and 15% bonus. There are also clearly defined timeframes for progression. There will be more exciting opportunities available after 9 months successful employment.
