Credit Manager

Due to company high performance and expansion; Howarth Morris are recruiting for a Credit Manager for a market leading £100M turnover organisation based on the Wirral. This *New Position* for the company will require a person with Credit Control/ Credit Management experience and proven experience in a high level/ target orientated business.

Based in a Dynamic Credit team of 5, the Credit Manager will be responsible for:-
 

• Management of a team of 4 Credit Controllers
• Ensuring that the team's daily work schedule is maintained at an acceptable level
• Implementing on-line enforcement with the appropriate processes and controls
• Taking a pragmatic commercial approach to the recovery of costs
• Liaising with external suppliers, e.g. high court enforcement agencies, etc
• Dealing with all aspects of litigated and non-litigated enforcement
• Drafting proceedings when necessary
• Instructing Counsel when needed
• Assist in the recovery of disbursements, where necessary
