An international manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll Project Manager.

Your new company
The client is an international manufacturing group, with operations across the globe. They have a number of key sites across the UK and this role will be based at their divisional head office in Coventry.

Your new role
Reporting into the HR Director, this role will take responsibility for a global project which will look to align the payroll systems and processes with the global financial plan.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a payroll background, but ideally will have experience in general finance and HR. In addition to this, you will need to evidence on leading projects from start to finish and implementing change. Specifically, this role will be global and therefore it is ideal that the successful candidate has experience in a global organisation and role.

What you'll get in return
This initial role is likely to be for 6 months, but there is a variety of projects which could lead to a long term interim assignment.
