Lentus Composites is one of the UK’s premier engineering lead manufacturers of composite products, assemblies and systems for a diverse range of industry sectors. As part of the dynamic Polar Technology Management Group, and following substantial investment, the Company is entering a period of rapid growth.

To support their ambitious expansion plans, Lentus are looking to recruit an experienced:

 Finance Manager

As head of the finance function, you will have responsibility for all financial reporting and controls, supporting the financial and analytical needs of the business and involvement in wide ranging ad hoc projects.

You will manage the finance function, establish robust internal controls and be able to communicate effectively with the group, directors and senior management team to ensure that the current financial performance is clearly understood and that potential opportunities are fully evaluated.

You will be able to clearly demonstrate that you meet the following criteria:

•    AAT Diploma qualified or studying for CIMA or ACCA qualification
•    An experienced finance manager
•    Substantial experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment
•    The energy and ability to thrive in a fast moving SME environment
•    Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel. SAP Business One experience ideal.
•    A team player who is a ‘hands on’ financial manager with an eye for detail, strong analytical ability and good interpersonal skills
•    The ability to lead a small finance team
•    The potential to develop with the business
