Payroll Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the delivery of payroll processes, ensuring delivery as agreed in the UKService Level Agreement
• Manage the Payroll Team and ensure that there is sufficient resource, service delivery, engagement and development achieved.
• Ensure accurate payment of all employees on a monthly basis and that all statutory and compliant policies and requirements are adhered to
• To manage the relationship with the payroll provider, ensuring a positive relationship and regular updates
• Provide support and advice on payroll policy to Managers and employees and technical expertise to colleagues
• Lead Business presentations/communications to the business with regard to new payrollinitiatives
• Work in collaboration with Managers within HR Services to deliver global HR Projects as appropriate
• To play a pivotal role in the implementation of systems specifically understanding requirements from a Payroll perspective
• Ensure all expatriate pay and benefits are administered in a timely manner
• To ensure accurate and compliant data is held inthe payroll system
• Reconcile all payroll information to include the accurate cost coding of all salary costs for financial analysis ensuring compliance with financial requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee and Company contributions to the pension plan, within agreed timelines
• Preparationand delivery of requested payroll reports
• Deliver excellent customer service with regard to escalated employee queries and to ensure the Customer Satisfaction Survey feedback is reviewed and implemented as appropriate
• Manage the Flexible Benefits programmeensuring payments are made in a timely manner

About You:

• Experienced in managing teams
• Expert in the management of information systems, databases and excel
• Knowledge of payroll within a fast paced, shared services environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
