Finance Change Manager

Partner Financial is working with a Global Services Business based in Central London who are seeking an experienced Change Manager. The business grown aggressively both through acquisitions and organically, now boasting a £multi-billion turnover.

In the wake of their growth coupled with ambitious objectives, they are seeking support from an experienced Change Manager who can work to instil best practice within finance and understand the needs of the business, the drivers and the issues they are currently experiencing – the key deliverable is resolving, improving and simplifying.

A key element of the role will be in understanding the flow of information from the shared service centre into the Head Office and identifying key, sometimes intricate issues – the ultimate aim is to successfully bring the business together with the shared service centre by scrutinising and reviewing end to end processes and partnering with the Head Office to understand what information is applicable. This person should have the capability to build the relevant relationships to openly discuss and extract sticking points, then develop an appropriate solution.
