Finance Analyst

Our Client a global leader within the Insurance market who serves a diverse range of clients across multiple countries has an exciting opportunity for a part qualified/ qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA candidate to join as a Finance Analyst.

Your role will include but not be limited to:
* Supporting management of the quarterly forecasting & annual planning
* Creation of base data to enable timely submissions of the forecast
* Preparation of review commentary
* Support completion of annual operating plan and 5 year strategic plan Completion of monthly/quarterly reports including interpretation of results
* Ensuring timely submission of reports to both senior management and head office based in US.
* Presentations for internal stakeholders and external clients
* Act as a contact for the FP&A team
* Improving processes and other ad hoc projects
* Coordinate and populate all financial analysis presentations

The successful applicant will be a consummate professional with a hard working "can do" attitude. You will be someone that enjoys the challenge of a fast paced dynamic environment. You will have the ability to take on and complete your own work load with minimal supervision and be able to clearly understand and explain your methodologies and overall pipeline effectively.

Essential attributes include:

PQ or Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent Very high level of technical knowledge and accounting expertise
*Experienced Financial Analyst with unrivalled data manipulation/analytical skills
*Big company experience
*Advanced excel skills
*A real team player with excellent multi tasking skills
*Meticulous attention to detail
*Ability to work autonomously and see things through to completion with minimal supervision
*Ability to thrive in a high pressure environment
*Excellent interpersonal skills / ability to liaise and advise and influence stakeholders at all levels
