Our client is a niche, high growth & high end, specialist business to business services organisation. Due to expansion a new Head of Finance is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Running the finance function on a day to day basis
- Leading and developing a small team
- Delivering robust and accurate budgets, forecasts, management accounts and statutory accounts
- Ensuring the team deliver on all AP, AR, expenses etc needs and requirements
- Providing insightful and meaningful ad hoc analysis across the business
- Building relationships across the organisation to ensure a good working knowledge of business activities
- Ensuring good processes, procedures, controls are in place and to support wider growth
- Reporting to the CFO (who is a shareholder and has a broad remit across the business)
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate, qualified accountant
- Sound SME experience or experience in a small, autonomous business division
- Well versed in end to end / cradle to grave accounting
- Natural people person with strong relationship building skills
- Commercially aware and technically sound
Location: Epsom, Surrey
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 plus benefits
