Currently in the process of establishing a group structure to support the furtherance of their key aims in line with our vision of Transforming Lives, they are now looking to recruit a tenacious AAT Accounting professional to undertake the exciting new position of Finance Technician within the Corporate Finance Team.

Playing a key role in the provision of technical support for all accountancy functions for the Finance Team, the Finance Technician will be responsible for processing a variety of financial transactions including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable items and for the reconciliation of our group balance sheet items which include payroll deductions, VAT, CIS tax deductions, cash book and petty cash. 

You must also complete statutory returns in line with procedures and regulations and monitor and recover aged debt ensuring timely payment from customers in an ever growing business environment.

Exceptional communication and team working skills are required and you must be capable of achieving deadlines when experiencing conflicting priorities.  Confident and credible in your ability to analyse, interpret and report on complex financial data, you will have a proven track record of working with multiple complex systems and processes and be studying towards (or already qualified) to AAT level.
