Investment Director

My client a high net worth individual are seeking to recruit and Investment Manager/Portfolio Manager for their team on a permanent basis. This role requires an ideally Arabic speaker, but MUST have managed a portfolio of real estate investments.

Reporting directly into the owner of the business, you will be responsible for modelling, appraisals, scenario modelling, due diligence along with overseeing the JV management of the portfolio with local partners.

The ideal candidate for this role shall be:
- Ideally have experience of working with an owner manager and setting up a portfolio/investment management function
- Financial modelling on high value deals and processing them from start to execution
- Financial modelling to support and challenge key assumptions
- Commercial appraisals and business planning
- Portfolio management - working with external Joint Venture partners to ensure acquisitions are effectively managed with outsource partners
- Negotiating terms and looking at future opportunities
This role shall suit;
- An MBA/CFO qualified Investment/Portfolio Analyst or Manager
- Have worked within an investment/acquisition function in house or in a top 4 firm
- 4 years plus experience
- Comfortable with travel potentially 1/3 of your time
- Ideally speak another language and have real estate acquisition experience.
