Commercial Finance Manager
Robert Half is pleased to be exclusively partnering with a fast growing, VC backed, global media brand that directly supports the film industry. They have seen double digit growth, every quarter since they established their UK operation 2 years ago, and are forecasted to continue their success for many years to come. Due to this unprecedented growth they now seek to recruit a commercially minded analyst that has experience of working with and influencing non finance heads using analytical and modelling activities. Reporting directly to the FD, you will help to establish a robust reporting style, build financial models and partner directly with the project teams and perform client facing negotiations.
Duties:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for a variety of FP&A duties surrounding the planning, analysis and reporting functions. This includes the annual budget process, periodic re forecasts, preparation of monthly financial packages, variance analysis from actuals to budget/forecasts, financial modelling, metrics data consolidation and reporting, and special projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the preparation of the monthly financial package to senior management and ownership
- Assist with the facilitation of forecasting and budgeting across all operational departments
- Creation and maintenance of detailed financial models
- Preparation of financial and business related analyses and research in such areas as revenue and expense performance, sales and customer reporting, equipment utilisation and other operating performance metrics
- Consolidation and reporting of business metrics data and KPIs
- Assist management in tracking and analysing internal and market performance data to assist in managing the day-to-day operations and strategic development of the Group.
- Perform special projects and prepare ad-hoc operational and financial analyses as required by management
- Identify and review relevant market research articles and intelligence reports
Salary & Benefits:
- A highly competitive salary of between £60,000 and £75,000 per Annam based on experience
